HummusMaster builds three series of commercial hummus machines: countertop, standing and industrial cutter mixers for restaurants, central kitchens, food manufacturers and hummus factories. All three work the same way. High-speed blades and a double-acting scraper turn cooked chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and oil into a smooth, stable paste in minutes, batch after batch. What changes from one series to the next is the bowl size, the motor power and the way the machine is loaded and emptied.
Compare the three series
Output is kilograms of hummus per hour as stated in the KITPRO catalogue; your real output depends on the recipe and on how many batches you run per shift.
| Series | Where it works | Bowl | Output | Motor and power supply | Who it is for | Stand-out feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Countertop | On a kitchen counter or prep table | 6–12 L | 30–60 kg/h | 0.55–2.4 kW, 230 V single-phase | Restaurants, hummus bars, hotels, test kitchens | Fixed or variable speed, quick daily cleaning |
| Standing | Free-standing on the kitchen floor | 20–65 L | 90–330 kg/h | 2.2–11 kW, mostly 400 V three-phase | Central kitchens, ghost kitchens, catering, mid-sized producers | Tilting bowl and inverter speed control |
| Industrial | On the production floor, between cooking and filling | 120–200 L (heated models 75 and 150 L) | 700–1,300 kg/h | 15–22 kW, 400 V three-phase | Hummus factories, spread and dip manufacturers | Optional vacuum, motorised scraper or heating jacket |
Which machine suits your operation?
Start from where the hummus is made and how much of it you need on a busy day.
Restaurants and hummus bars
For up to about 20 kg a day, a 6–12 L countertop machine covers the morning prep in a few batches and fits on an existing counter. Kitchens that run out during service usually move up to a standing hummus machine with a 20 L bowl.
Hotels and catering
Banquets and buffets need large volumes on some days rather than every day. A standing 20 or 30 L machine handles event peaks, while a countertop unit is enough for à la carte service.
Central kitchens
Supplying several outlets from one kitchen means larger batches that must taste the same every time. Standing 20–65 L machines with a tilting bowl keep loading and emptying quick.
Food manufacturers and hummus factories
Packaged hummus and dips run on 120 and 200 L industrial machines, with optional vacuum, motorised scraper or heating jacket, usually as part of a complete production line.
Frequently asked questions
- How are the machines cleaned?
- The bowl, blade assembly and scraper are designed for quick disassembly, and every food-contact part is food-grade stainless steel. Clean the machine after each production run, in line with your food-safety plan.
- What does installation require?
- Countertop models run on 230 V single-phase power. Most standing models and all industrial models need a 400 V three-phase supply, so plan the connection with your electrician before the machine arrives.
- Do you supply complete production lines?
- Yes. For factory projects we plan the layout and capacity, install and commission the line and train your operators.
- How do service and spare parts work?
- Send us the model and serial number of your machine through the contact form, and our team will advise on maintenance, service and spare parts.
- Are the machines certified?
- Yes. CE and UL certification documents are available for HummusMaster machines.
- How does the quote process work?
- Tell us your daily volume, the products you make and your country through the quote form. We usually reply within one business day to discuss the right model and prepare your quotation, with no obligation.
